1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of both defective and non defective items. We will bear the return shipping cost for a full refund or free exchange.
For defect free returns initiated by customers, the items must be kept brand new, unopened, unused, and the original packaging intact.
2. Return Time Limit
All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days counted from the delivery date of your order. Any application submitted beyond this period will not be approved.
3. Exchange Service
We support product exchanges. If you need to exchange your item, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm stock and exchange arrangements before sending the goods back.
4. Return Process
Send us your order number, detailed issue description and relevant product photos to apply for return approval.

We will inspect the returned goods within 3–5 business days after receipt and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
